Do You Accept Insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance for coaching or wellness services. However, I offer alternative options to make care more accessible and affordable.

Discounts with Doctor’s Referral

If your healthcare provider has recommended working with an Exercise Physiologist, Holistic Nutritionist, or Health Coach, you may be eligible for a 30% discount on services.

This discount is available to clients who submit a doctor’s referral as part of my Exercise is Medicine Credential offering. You can learn more about this credential and how it supports your health journey here.

Use HSA/FSA Funds Toward Coaching

Many clients are able to use HSA or FSA dollars to pay for coaching services—depending on their individual eligibility and medical needs.

Here’s how it typically works:

  1. Check Eligibility
    You may need to complete a health assessment and obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider.

  2. Qualify for Pre-Tax Use
    A simple online process helps determine whether your coaching services meet the criteria for HSA/FSA reimbursement (there is currently a 97% acceptance rate).

  3. Make Your Purchase
    Coaching packages can be purchased using your regular payment method.

  4. Submit for Reimbursement
    After receiving your receipt and (if needed) your LMN, you can submit the documents to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

The process has been streamlined to help make wellness coaching more financially accessible using pre-tax health dollars.
