If stress, long hours, or life’s demands have left you feeling drained, carrying extra weight, or stuck in stop-and-start health routines, this 3-month coaching program is designed to reset your body and build lasting momentum.
This package combines personalized coaching with structured tools that make consistency feel achievable, even with a busy schedule. Together, we’ll:
  • Uncover hidden patterns with a 2-week food journal
  • Reset your body and energy with a 2-week guided detox
  • Build strength, stamina, and confidence through a 12-week step-by-step fitness plan — tailored to your needs, whether that’s moving from sedentary to active or from chronic joint pain to pain-free mobility
  • Expert accountability and support as you shift into a lifestyle you love with the help of biweekly coaching sessions (or monthly sessions plus biweekly app check-ins).
