This package combines personalized coaching with structured tools that make consistency feel achievable, even with a busy schedule. Together, we’ll:
- Uncover hidden patterns with a 2-week food journal
- Reset your body and energy with a 2-week guided detox
- Build strength, stamina, and confidence through a 12-week step-by-step fitness plan — tailored to your needs, whether that’s moving from sedentary to active or from chronic joint pain to pain-free mobility
- Expert accountability and support as you shift into a lifestyle you love with the help of biweekly coaching sessions (or monthly sessions plus biweekly app check-ins).
