Following the assessment, you’ll receive a detailed report with your fitness results and a personalized plan of action. When you’re ready to move forward, an invoice will be sent for the initial payment.
Step 3: Nutritional Awareness & Tracking
Once the payment is processed, your wellness journey begins with a two-week food journal. This helps you gain awareness of your eating habits while allowing me to assess how your diet affects your energy, mood, and overall well-being.
