Prioritizing Spiritual Health

Alright y’all, I hope you are getting pumped to finish this challenge in a few days!

 

But before we wrap it up, there is one more section that I wanted to cover and that is spirituality. Now if you didn’t know, I became a certified holistic nutritionist through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition which is considered to be some of the most highly sought after coaches and nutritionists in the wellness industry simply because:

  1. We are the most accredited nutrition school in the world, including being a NBHWC Approved and NANP Approved program
  2. We are taught modern nutrition and coaching concepts – based in cutting-edge science – including the Transformational Nutrition Model that combines physical, mental, and spiritual nutrition.
