One of the main reasons I became a coach and developed my Stress Alchemy framework is because I hated working with clients for a couple of weeks or a few months, seeing them make progress just to see them fall off the band wagon. And it would really frustrate me because even if they already paid for sessions, they would always use excuses to keep them from their goals.
Whether it was time constraints, health issues getting in the way, them being unmotivated to come in… they ultimately allowed themselves to prevent forward progress because they were unable to overcome these barriers. Well today is all about helping you shift your mindset so you can help prevent setbacks as well as give you helpful tools to overcome those barriers.
